Preparation for a Q Session
Keeping an open mind is important because no two people will have sessions with exactly the same results.
Knowing that your higher self has your best interest at heart, should ease your mind and allow trust and relaxation to come forward during your hypnosis.
Your higher self will only show you what you are meant to understand to help you unblock issues in this current lifetime.
Understanding you are safe and protected on this journey into hypnosis will make the experience a memorable one full of fun and excitement.
Prepare a List of Questions you want answered ~ Think hard! Make them count :)

Suzanne will be reading this list, while engaging with your higher self, and will not be able to ask you for
clarification during the hypnosis.

What is my life purpose or am I on the right path spiritually?
What was a "certain" metaphysical experience I had, in a dream, or vision?
Am I living with my soul mate?
What can I do to help with a certain relationship issue?
What is stopping me from having children?
Why can't I quit a "certain" habit?
What can I do to lose weight?
Why do I have a certain "ailment,disease or physical disability"?
Why am I so ..."angry...impatient...sad...obsessive...intolerant" , etc
Session from a Qshi in Person Class
Preparing for your remote Qshi session in regard to your electronic equipment is very important.
A lot of stress can be caused for you on the morning of your session, if you are trying to figure out how to get your computer working, or to have sound in your headphones and microphone.
Please make sure your equipment is working prior to your session.
I use ZOOM for facilitating sessions, and their platform is user friendly for you to be able to investigate and do your
equipment testing ahead of time.
If there is a problem with your comupter on the morning of your session, we can try and trouble shoot together for a few minutes. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will reschedule your appointment for a future date when you have time to figure out your computer.
